    Due to traffic this Barn Owl has been killed last week and so we have lost a beautiful model fot our fantastic hobby.:eek:

    So sorry to hear Alexander !!! It is very sad !!

    I like the selected crop and straight in look. Would have liked some fill flash to complement the fine portrait !!!

    A shame about this beautiful bird! Definitely a little room to go brighter here; post-processing could help with that. Great detail and a nice crop.

    Tough to hear news like this. The same thing happened a couple of years ago here in Ottawa with a rare Northern-Hawk Owl :-( On the bright side (if there is one) is that you've captured some great mementos of this subject. I would definitely go brighter with this image.
