This male Kestrel drops at high speed
they are with us every day, hunting around 1 pm but I was lucky to get this grab shot I think!

Processed in CC, Topaz NR and cropped as a vertical from horiz.
    Same old camera, 7D and 100-400 1/1250 fl 370 f5.6 ISO800

I really like that Montado BG and the portayal of space.

Nice environment shot and well caught at the moment of diving action Richard. Light angle not so good and bird is a bit central though.

Cool action shot. It would be much more effective if it were a tighter shot by being closer or by using a longer focal length.

Cool shot of this stooping Kestrel and I really like the distant habitat in the BG. The negative to the image is that the bird is shaded and a bit soft. If it were lit and sharp it would be great. Keep shooting and try evenings and mornings. TFS
