Flood is a very "old" PS plugin, available from Flaming Pear Software. You can buy it by itself or as part of a couple of creative packs. The prices
are reasonable and you can download free demos to evaluate the products/ I am in no way affiliated to them, just a frequent user.

In this image, I got the flower, made a duplicate copy and rotated it CCW. Created a dup layer (control/command J) and used Flood to my taste.
Rotate the image back to vertical, and creating a layer mask, cleaned the parts of Flood I didn't want.
On my original image, I used Flood horizontally. Moved the vertical Flood over the original and masked it to taste, to simulate a cascade coming out of the flower, into the water. Added the Bee and the the Orton Treatment as described in the Edu Forum.
Curves and Sharpening as usual and ready to go.

I've got a Flaming Pear plug-in - I'll have to take a closer look at it. This image is really cool, Fab. I love the Orton Effect you've been using lately but I really love the BG you got overall...so soft and beautiful!
