    F6.3 | ISO 400 | SS 1/3200 @ 500mm. Manual | Eval.
    Levels | Crop | USM | NR on BG.

    Left the dirt in the water as it is.

    Nice looking shot Girish. I like the detail, color and exposure on this one. I like the fact that we can see the eye well, the color of the bill and the muddy foot adds interest. The Bg is ok but would better if it were more uniform. Well done

    Hi Girish, the faces of the lesser flamingo's are so much more colourful than the greater's, and I do like the feeding pose here. Your shooting angle has turned out well, soft light, and if anything, I would remove the specular highlight on the bill. If you do, remove the one in the water too.

    Very lovely pose & shooting angle. Nice IQ & light. I like the BG & your selected composition. Only I feel it needs a little CW rotation. TFS

    Oh boy do I wish you had pointed your lens down lower for more of the reflection (and place the bird higher in the frame). I do like the feeding behaviour pose and lowish angle. Raised muddy foot is neat!

    A beautiful bird with a nice pose and good soft background Girish, I agree with Daniel regarding getting more of the refection in the shot.
