    Default Oystercatcher

Shot this one a few weeks back, entering the local harbour.

Hi Joe, good flight pose, and you have nailed the exposure. I really like how the OC is separated from the water BG, and I would maybe take a bit off the bottom.

Sharp and nicely exposed. Love that red eye. I would have liked the wings to be fully down, and I agree with Stuart's suggestion to crop a bit off the bottom.

The oystercatcher is tack sharp as posted, and well exposed. I agree there is a tad much room below, and I would have loved for more distance between the OC and water to create a smoother BG...but not something you can just have at times. I'd certainly be happy with this!

A fine shot well exposed, it is a little high in the frame for my taste, I would consider reducing the size in the frame just a little also, image quality is good but I suspect it would be better with a slightly smaller crop.
