    Default Trunk and tusk detail

One of a selection of detail shots I took of several elephants recently. I left the grass in the trunk as I felt that the image would become too clinical if I removed it.

Hello Hilary, love this image with grass and everything! Lovely detail on the trunk and tusks, and I especially like the tiny little hairs sticking out here and there

Great to see you post again, looking forward to more images from you!

    Kind regards,
    Gabriela Plesea

Hi Hilary - nicely done. I like the conversion, the comp and the bg. The grass adds to it. I feel like it could use a little more sharpening.

Very nice image, I like the conversion. Looks sharp enough. TFS.

I like this - detail's excellent and the composition nice. I'd rather that piece of grass didn't touch the edge of the frame....

Hilary I don't feel I have much to add to what's been said other than I particularly like the detail on the tusks. Sharpness looks fine to me.

    Hi Hilary,

nice conversion and for sure great trunk. The grass I love. There is more beneath to improve this image even more, IMHO

    Have a great day

    Ciao

Classic frame nicely pulled off. I like the subtle contrast and crisp textures here Hilary. Grass works fine for me.
