    Got lucky this morning with a co-operative subject and a clean bg,,, Canon 20D w/ 200 F/2.8L, F/8.0 @ 1/500sec, ISO 800 , manual exposure

    Very nice Wayne! Love the head turn. Good sharpness and BG. Impressive image, especially considering the focal length of only 200mm.

    Spectacular plumage, exposure and head turn. The cut bud bothers me a bit and I'd probably crop some off the left for better compo. Outstanding, though.

    Good job Wayne...fantastic details in the feathers!! I also like the layering in the primaries and tail feathers, very cool. Head turn perfect.
