    Image was created in the last week. Cropped for composition and sharpened.NR applied in neat image.

    ISO: 400, 1/640 @ F: 5.6., manual. Metering mode: Pattern.

    WB: Auto. HH. Canon: 550D, 400mm.

    Good exposure and detail, excellent eye detail too, the pose is perhaps not ideal and the perch is not aesthetically pleasing. Perhaps if the tail was visible it would be a little more appealing.

    Thank you Jonathan for the feed back. This bird has peculiarity, the moment you approach the it's flush point (about 10-15 meters), it sits like this. Other wise there is no problem to gets image with tail.
    Distance of bird in this image is 12.6 meters.

    I like the overall look to the image, I just wish the head was looking down rather than up. Some NR to the background would be good too.
