I might try a version with the perch toned down just a bit, so it recedes a bit more visually.

Nice looking shot of this calling Tern. Exposed well and lots of great feather detail and the BG is very nice. Well done
Hi Girish, simple, but very effective, however often simplicity can be the hardest part to achieve.
I like the tilt of the perch, however I agree with Randy, toning down the rock would help, try running a Luminosity adj layer on this part only, if it's too strong you can knock it back with the Opacity slider and mask. Nice fine detail in the legs & plumage. Tricky, but I might ease back on the NR because you have good detail & sharpness it can jar a little I've found with the very 'smoothness' of the BKG, keeping NR to the minimum tends to work, however you can always adjust if need be.
