It's a nice image and you saw the opportunity well. However, the IQ is not really that good. I don't think you can hope to get a sharp image with 1/200sec on a 500mm lens unless you are rock steady and your subject is not moving. If you had bumped the ISO to 1600, you'd have gained a lot of SS and that would have been enough I think. As it is, I think it's going to be hard to recover this image.
Thank you for sharing this image, it must have been the lovely reflection in the water that inspired you. A difficult image to work with in my opinion, since all your subjects are facing a different direction and it is tough to find an anchor point. The eye of the viewer wonders from one kudu to another, searching for something to settle on, looking for the "story". Edward has already mentioned the ISO issue, I would just like to share with you one piece of advice someone gave me few years ago: if you are using a 500 mm lens, your shutter speed must be at least 1/500s, in order to obtain a sharp image. That applies to the other lenses, e.g. for a 300mm lens adjust your settings in such a way that you have at least 1/300s. Hope this helps, looking forward to more images from you,
