    Yet an other image of the same bird. This in fact the first frame, the one already posted was the second (better) frame.
    Too bad that the beak is merged with the wing.

    Karl take your point re( Too bad that the beak is merged with the wing )it would be lovely to get everything we would like, still a great looking image with the grass hanging from the birds feet and plenty of detail under the birds wing.

    Hi Karl, excellent forward wing position, and I like the colours on this species. I would crop up from the bottom to lose the brown leaf, or clone it out.

    Nice take off shot Karl. I like the HA even though it intersects with the wing and the catch in the eye looks great. Well done with this hawk.
