Hi Doug, excellent timing from you and the BE. Love the powerful forward motion of the BE, extended wings, and the trailing water from the grabbing of the fish really looks great. Exposure and sharpness couldnt be better. Very well captured.
Amazing shot!!!
Cracking capture. Well exposed and beautifully caught at exactly the right moment. Well done!
That'll do for me Doug, its a superb, great action colours and pose and a non intrusive background.
Great capture Doug.
The whole image works well for me with excellent detail throughout and super rendition of the varied plumage.
Awesome timing too.
Absolutely perfect. What a dynamic image. Big congrats on this one Doug!
TFS,
Rachel

Perfect strike indeed! 300mm! That must be very close. Loi
What a great pose you captured and the wing extension is killer.
The exposure and details look perfect. Nice that the fish is visable too. Very nice Doug! !
Perfect timing, and great dynamic flight position and composition. Not to mention the excellent techs. Thanks for sharing this beauty.
Both you & the eagle had perfect timing. Really like the splash. The eagle looks a bit scruffy, but I like the grunge look here.
Andrew
Perfect...

that's a perfect strike Doug!

Doesn't get much better Doug, nice work.![]()
Post Production: It’s ALL about what you do with the tools and not, which brand of tool you use.
Super cool. Love that rail of water and grasp on the fish
Your title fits perfectly, and I would only echo the praise offered so far. The tail of the fish is looking pretty rough :) How long are the fish dead before they get chucked?
Very well captured Doug. Splendid image
Appreciate the comments everyone!
