    5d mark iii, 500mm mk ii, f/8, 1/3200, iso 1600 hand held on a boat 2 hours off port fairy 9.18am 10/27/2013. 75% crop.

    Very nice.
    Is this really 25% FF? Excellent IQ for this size crop.
    I would do a bit more NR on the BG and see if you could pull a bit more detail out of some of the whites ( although 50% of the whites look good. Just the ones on the back).
    I like the crop you chose.

    And I thought your previous HH pelagic shot was good. This is an amazing feat. Yes to some NR, and a little Efex Detail Extractor or Topaz Detail might help the neck. Well done.

    Pretty darn good IQ for this large a crop. Image needs some NR on the BG. While I like the crop, I wonder whether you might share the original frame?
