    Default Golden Hour Puffin

I posted a puffin photo in my hello thread last month, but never followed it up with any more. I took this on my last evening on the Welsh island of Skomer, enjoying their company as the sun went down.

After one visit I've been bitten by the Skomer bug, I have another four nights booked up for June.

    Hi Paul

I like the composition and the background colour make the puffin stand out. The light also has a nice colour to it.

The low, side lighting creates an interesting mood in this image and I like your exposure. Very nicely done. I'd give the bird a little more room, if possible. Looking forward to more Paul.

You sure had sublime light here, and it really works on this terrific portrait. Agree on a little more room.
