    Default Red-tailed Hawk with Prey.

    This is from the same series, I posted yesterday.
    On this image she is still busy feeding on the Field Mouse she caught.
    The HA is better but then she still has the mouse and it could be distracting to some.
    I few small OOF branches removed.
    Thanks for looking.

    Hi Karl.
    I prefer this to the other in fact- and what a great perch. That curve with the small gap below makes all the difference. Great stuff.!
    Like the head positiion looking out the shot too.

    You pretty much nailed this Karl. Sharpness is nice and so is the eye contact. The prey adds a lot. I like your bird placement.

    Great perch! Nice feeding behavior captured. I might back off some on the saturation of the bird; it looks a little too orange on my monitor.

    Thanks Doug. I reduced the saturation in the yellow and moved away a bit from red and yellow in Color Balance. It is closer now to the original.

    Hi Karl, good look back pose, and Im fine with the prey being visible - thats how they survive. I really like that BG, and your repost has addressed the colours on the bird.
