Palo Alto Baylands last week. The morning fog made for a nice change from the brilliant California sunshine. C&C always appreciated.

Agreed. Nice background and subtle reflection too. Love it.

the top and bottom dark halfs act as natural framing elements to the bird which is something that caught my eye and its very pleasing to the eye.
Nice calm mood to the image is nice

Lovely image. The contrasting background/reflection and soft light are great

"Pleasing" is the word that came to my mind when I opened this image. It has a soft (in a good sense!) and graceful feel to it...something just a little bit different which is nice!

I find it pleasing too. I like the crossed leg mirror effect. Nice work

I like this Bill. It's a bit abstract with the foggy bg and water. I also like the X created by the reflection of the legs and the water drop at the tip of the bill.

Like everything about this image Bill. The Stilt appears very calm in the surrounding fog. Like the bead of water at the tip of beak.
