Ramesh...there are soooo many "if onlys" in this one...
If only you'd shot without the converter (I've made that mistake many times)...you'd have gained some light to shoot with to increase shutter speed, which would have been worth the extra crop you'd need to make.
If only the head was sharper...

Still must've been an awesome sighting...sadly I think this one is not salvageable?

Hi Ramesh - it's always nice to see a tiger. Unfortunately, I think Morkel is right and you just didn't have enough ss for this one. Hopefully, you had other sightings in better light that you'll post.

    Rachel

It must have been practically dark when you took this but I hate to say that sadly the lack of sharpness in the head is a deal breaker here. Otherwise such a sweet balanced image with complimenting greenery and rich fur tones.

Where did the AF point land on this image? Almost looks like the back is sharper than the head.

I will agree with the above, except I would keep it just for the moment.

I have many of these, I keep them for the memory, and the if only is always there. This is a special shot regardless.

    Hi Ramesh,

all said above, one thing I add. You sit at the source, you live in the country. Why not go out for a weekend or a bit longer, try without converter. Usually those guys come straight to the jeep, if you bring a bit smelly stuff in your bag. Just kidding.
I am sure you know a good guide, if not send me a PM!!

    Have a great day

    Ciao

Shame - nearly a winner. It just had to pause for a second and you'd have had it!
Nevermind, another chance will come I'm sure.
