    Another cool mushroom, Adrian. f/3.2 worked better than I would have expected. Seems a little tight on the bottom to me and I think I would prefer without the two twigs hear the base of the stipe. A polarizer could have been knocked the shine off the cap.

    Hi Adrian. This is a striking mushroom and you have excellent sharpness within your DOF. Like Mitch, I'm impressed with how much DOF you achieved at only f/3.2! In an ideal world, I'd like to see the stem of the mushroom also sharp - but that would be a bit tricky in this case with the rather busy background so close behind. I think your choice of f/3.2 was a good compromise in this situation. Overall, this is very well done!
