I think this is wonderful! One seems sharp, but I'm on an iPhone so I will let others comment on that. The motion blur on the other one fits with the action. And the surrounding scenery is like a very good painting! A wonderful thing to find.

Not always and I think in this shot, the movement is good. There's enough blur to give the impression that he is rushing into the fight. The background looks a little strange to me - is that how it came out of the camera or you blurred it a little?

Giovanni I like the way the deer is jumping out of the LHS bottom corner of the frame and the framing of the hanging branches above. The action you have captured is good and the motion of the left hand animal works but the detail is sadly lacking IMO. It seems that you may have had problems with light with ISO at 3200 and slow SS to capture the action. It's a pity as it could have been a great action shot. The background looks a bit weird to me. Did you do any processing work on it as you do not mention it? Any cloning or dodge and burn work perhaps! Keep on shooting

From what I can see on my iPhone today, I think the BG is blurred by heat waves. That isn't something I would always like but here I really do like it.

There is what looks like a piece of a tree limb or trunk in the upper left. I think it would be easy to clone it out.
