    JR,

Greetings. What a beauty! I particularly like the detail and the environment. Could stand to tone down the leaf in the ULC and remove the little green leaf in the LRC. Thanks for posting.

    Cheers,

    -Michael-

Congrats on your first post, Johnny, and what a stunner! You have nice details in your feathers and the leaves match your subject so well!

Great image of this nice little bird. The gold crest shows very nicely and the fallen leaves compliment the gold crest.

What a beautiful bird. Nice exposure and sharpness. I'm enjoying the yellow golden leaves around that match the crest.
Nice done, John. Welcome aboard and looking forward to more.

It's a beauty! Love the fall setting, and it matches the bird's field marks perfectly. Exposure is perfect, but I agree the leaves in upper left corner could be toned down. I also feel the image could use a bit of CCW rotation.

That's a great looking photo. Love the clarity of the water and the different colors of leaves. Fine job.

Welcome Johnny! I like the included habitat, but I agree with the others about toning down the leaves in the ULC. I might brighten the bird ever so slightly.

Goldcrest are very nice birds to spot.

Apart from the great autumn-bath settings you 'catch' your birds in I do like the partial lifted crest In this one.

    regards
