Superb image. Very nice pose, I like the half dipped beak and the way part of the neck touching the water, nice lights and beautiful red eye.

I like the play of grey against the pink.
Nice to see the water droplets on his body.
I would see if I could get more detail out of the area where the beak enters the water.

I like the wavy action to the water, and the pink on grey looks good. I'd have preferred a better body angle, but the head angle is OK. Perhaps just a bit more cropping above would be good, and of course a lower angle...but I realize this was taken from a vehicle.
