Ooh...I like this one a lot!
Water color and reflection are terrific!
Light, IQ and techs are spot one.
I might be tempted to evict/clone that grey smudge in the water to the right of the reflected bill. A looser crop up top would also work nicely.

Agree with Gail, stunning image! Lots of detail in greys, whites not hot, love the reflection. Bit of risk for movement at 1/800, but it paid off! I would have liked a bit more space on top, if you have it.
