    Default Anna's Portrait

Greetings. Lost too much detail in the small jpeg for the large in frame version, so I went with the portrait.

    D4 300f2.8 + TC20EIII (600mm) f/5.6 1/3200 ISO1600 0.0EV Center-weighted, morning sun
Large crop (no special processing, though), light nr, sharpening, a curve for the little patch of white behind the eye

    Thanks for looking.

    Cheers,

Cute! I'm surprised at the limited DOF if it's a big crop. Magnification and close distance are such a big part of the equation. Was it seated?

Yes, seated. Near minimum focus distance, wide open for not much dof, less than an inch. Why wide open? No particularly good reason.

Image looks great for a large crop. We don't often see portraits of hummingbirds.
Nice details and comp. I wish for more DOF but that is a minor nit.
