    Hi every one.

One time again I am sharing an image of one cool bird from our rain forests.

This time a blue dacnis (dacnis cayana) a real fruit lover!

    For this one I used:

    A feeder loaded with bananas, markIV+600f/4@f/8+ISO1000+Fill Flash+ss 1/100.

Many thaks for your comments and input.

Hi JC, I really like the blues on this fellow, and with a hint of blacks mixed in too. Tack sharp, and the slight diagonal perch covered in moss looks great. Im sure its not easy shooting in a rain forest without much light, but your flashwork sorted that out.

These are gorgeous birds. Well conceived and photographed, with great perch, pose, BG, good use of flash. It looks just slightly crunchy on my screen.
