    The title says it all,can not understand why the foot is blured at 1/000SEC.CANNON 500MM IS L F4,7D,EXT,GIVING 700MM FL,tripod,crop,denoised FG,BG,sharrpened,some levels.iso800,F5.6,1/1000S.Thanks for looking.

    Hi Chris, the best Ive seen from your series, the kicking foot takes this over the top. I like the leaning pose too. The flowing water over the leg also adds interest.

    Love the paddling motion of the bird. I would take some off the bottom and all around to even it out. You have had a terrific dipper series here.

    Interesting pose, and the image's title is clever I'm not surprised at all that the foot is blurred...our beloved avian subjects move body parts quite fast, and the effect is magnified the closer we get to subjects too.

    Great image Chris. I quite like the blurred foot on this one
    Your whole series is very interesting with some nice behavior and some lovely low angles.

    Chris you patience time and effort with these dippers is paying off, you have some really interesting images with poses rather different to the norm. The image is very strong - one of your best yet - hey well done!
