    Nice find and details. The light looks quite harsh and some of the whites appear to be overexposed. The setting is a bit distracting.

    I like the sharpness in the photo Paul. I agree with Axel's comments. I would add that the bird appears a little oversaturated and perhaps a bit too contrasty. Here's a repost that attempts to deal with these issues. It is desaturated a bit. Contrast is also decreased. I blurred and burned the BG a little. And I tried to control the whites. What do you think?
