    Hi Guys,

As we are having clouded weather with very white skies i am working on some "high key" images lately. Recently posted the Red-throated Diver in high key and now it is time for this Gadwall wich is also a wintertime visitor for our regions.

    Greetings,

    Jeroen Stel

This looks really good, Jeroen. The little wavelets make it for me.

Hi Jeroen I'm a big fan of high key images I like this a lot The waves do give an extra flavor Would only suggest a slight head turn for the duck Big Congrats!!!

    Hi Jeroen -

Lovely image, and the reflection adds a lot of interest to this nice high key image. I think it could use a little CCW rotation.

    Hi Jeroen,

Sorry but the highlights are too strong. However I do like the colored waves.

I like the high key too and the rimples are a bonus, but the colors on this gadwall are a bit too bright and yellow

Beautiful image Jeroen! This would look great on a white wall I think. :) I personally would lighten the face just slightly.

I love high key images, no exception here. Agree on a bit of CCW rotation and wish for a bit of a head turn.

    Very nice overall.

Love the high key look and the wavelets but agree on the need for a better head-angle.
