Hope this counts for the theme.... One I will have to work on and play with.

originally a rusted dark metal light under a red tin roof.

turned b&w, then put through a cross process duo tone adding yellow and purple/magenta.

I like the toning and the perspective. Lovely lines leading into the image.

Most certainly qualifies for the theme. Nicely created composition of sharp lines and curved shapes. That single highlighted curved hook really integrates the star shape with the bkgd lines. Very nice job on the highlights and shadows.

Thank you both, I had fun converting this image. Always liked it but because the original colors were weird it was just sitting in my library folder.

Quite beautiful. I like the textures and the colours. Might add a titch to the bottom. so it doesn't touch the frame.

I love the star and the design on it is cool. Very nice choice of colors and the background looks good. It would be nice if you could add a little more of the background at the bottom.

Thanks to all, I have posted a re-post, trying the suggestion of adding some canvas to the bottom.

This is my first attempt to add to a picture frame by adding canvas.

Please advise if I did a good job......

I just added blank canvas to the bottom and then started cloning and healing from the image to fill in the blank space I added to the canvas which was about 0.25 of an inch.
