    wonderful shot Ritesh, terrific colours.
A couple of questions if you don't mind.
I can see why you love this bird so much but what is it called?
You shot at 1/30 with effectively a 700mm lens but you don't mention a tripod - was this hand held?

Hi Ritesh, the striking colours stand out so well against the darker BG, and Im amazed at the clarity for such a slow ss. Thats a great breakfast meal the little guy managed to catch.

Wonderful capture Ritesh. Look forward to more of them in your series. I have a 'resident' pair of African Pygmy Kingfisher that nest in warthog burrows in various parts of my camp. Occasionally they also fly into my office and it is quite difficult to get them out again.

They are so similar and although their diet varies they are mainly insectivorous and not tied to water but mainly a woodland species. TFS

What beautiful colours, and they pop nicely against the dark surroundings. Quite the low light indeed, but you managed well. There is a faint whitish half-circle at right edge that I would blend out, and I am wondering about the tiny horizontal line cutting across near the leg at left..whatever it is I'd likely remove it. Well done Ritesh!

Fantastic species Ritesh. Nice colours and excellent detail. Agree that grey spot on right center could be removed.
