Default The Encounter 3 - Peregrine Falcon

    Attached Images Attached Images

I posted a few shots of an encounter with a juvenile Bald eagle that had came in on a Peregrine Falcon that had caught a coot in front of a friend and I.
The eagle flew in and challenged the falcon for the Coot. Needless to say, she took off and circled around the eagle with disapproval. This shot is taken panning out of the window of my truck.

Thanks as always for looking and for your input. I appreciate it.

Lovely shot David, looks like the eagle did you a favour and got the peregrine to do a few circuits for you.
Great pose and super detail. Love the expression.

Hi David, not an easy shot shooting from your vehicle, but absolutely nailed anyway. Great banking pose and eye contact, and overall, good DOF on the falcon - tack sharp too. I really like the multi coloured layerd BG. Congrats on a fine capture.
