a week ago i went to mountains where still is snow. These are channels with snow. I shot because I saw a geometric pattern and contrast b-w, I increased a bit saturation getting more b-w contrast.

Very nice abstract, Valerio. Although this may be straight, the vertical lines in the texture seems a bit slanted, so it would be more comfortable for the viewer if you'd rotate it clock wise a little bit.

Valerio, I made the trees dead straight but you were so far off of square that the resulting crop did not leave much of the original frame. Instructions on how to easily and correctly rotate an image to square can be found in our Digital Basics PDF along with a ton of other stuff and our complete digital workflow.

Hi Arthur, Thank you. I should buy you book The art of Bird Photography and D.B. PDF but ,at the moment I have to face many expenses, also a possible journey to Namibia (only in Africa seems to really live...!). Your book cost with shipping 48$ DB PDF 20$. moreover,I shoul prefer a copy in Italian becuse some technical terms are difficult to understand. Later or before I'll buy it.
