    Excellent image Love the symmetry might try rotating the bird ccw I like how well the fish shows Exposure wise would have liked seen more positive compensation. Sure wish the tecn info was listed.

    Looks like you used a fairly high shutter speed for stopping the wing motion so not sure if fill flash would have worked !!! Very elegant image and complementing bg!!!

    Wonderful pose, sharpness, BKGR, and fish. It needs to be brighter, esp. around the face. I do believe that some flash would have helped a lot. What was the BKGR?

    Thanks Artie the background is a fresh water lagoon. In lagoon there are two artificial islands for attracting breeding terns. Last year about 30 Breeding pairs of Arctic Tern and 170 pairs of Common Tern. One of the islands has also been set up to attract Roseate Terns which visited last year but did not stay.
