    Default Purple Sunbird: Adult Male.

    Attached Images Attached Images

This adult male is metallic purple in colors, very difficult to expose in sun light. It was photographed before sunrise.
Image is not very well exposed and details are lacking in some parts of feathers. However I like the colors, so thought to share it.
From Archive, Image (in JPG format) was created in 2011.Cropped for composition, sharpened and NR applied to BG.

    ISO: 3200, 1/320 @ F: 7.1. Exposure bias: +0.3.
WB: Auto. HH. Canon: 550D, 400mm.

Thanks for viewing and appreciation. C & C are highly appreciated.
    Kind Regards.

I like the pose and HA, but the IQ is poor here, colors have started to bleed into each other and details look mushy... not much you can do with a JPEG....

Hi Satish, I agree with your own comments, unfortunately there is a lack of detail in the image.

Nice bird and nice pose, however it doesn't have your usual high quality presentation, Satish.

Hi Satish, good pose and HA, and I do like the mixture of blues and purples as presented. Your techs show you were battling for light, as the ss is fairly slow resulting in motion blur on the head. Just means you will have to go out and get a better one, which no doubt you will succeed.

A nice bird but disagree strongly with the "good HA" comments as the head is turned too much towards us....

Thank you all for the feed back.

    Stuart Sir,
Yes, I am trying to get good picture with good exposure of this sunbird.

    Regards,
    Satish.
