    Quadtone using black, green, yellow and brown. The image was captured last week during an excellent IPT lead by Artie Morris and Denise Ippolito near Portland, Oregon.

    Hi, Gary, I've seen some great images coming from the IPT - it looked like a lot of fun. Love the toning and the composition.

    Gary,

    Greetings. The composition is very engaging with what appears to be a huge sunflower in the bg. The green doesn't work for me. Not sure if it's knowing the subject is a bright yellow or ? ymmv...

    This presentation really brings your attention to the interesting lines of the unopened sunflower in the front. That is a HUGE sunflower in the bkgd! But for me it is overwhelming the front flower.
