Once I admired the face of this youngster and its good details & nice pose, a few other things caught my eye. Do you have any more room on the left as it seems a bit too tight. Also there is something in that left margin just behind the lion that is distracting in its brightness. I like the softness of the OOF grasses and the soft colors, both effects nicely frame the lion I also like that some of the grasses are in focus along the same plane as the lion. Do you want to attempt to remove the OOF grass in the body of the lion? Content Aware might work well here. The soft light is lovely.

Hi Sanjeev - Cute little guy and you certainly saw lots of lions on your trip. If this were mine I would do a levels adjustment selectively to the cub giving the midtones a boost by moving the middle slider to the right to about .90. I'd apply a screen adjustment to the eyes to give them a little more life and I'd burn the part of the other lion showing to the left. A little tight to the lhs and below but not a deal breaker. Nicely done overall and minor tweaks will take this up a notch.

Rachel

Cute little guy. I certainly can't beat Rachel's suggestions here, first thing that struck me is the eyes that need some "life"
.
I would increase yellows slightly and I detect a hint of magenta in the image overall?

A cute little lion Sanjeev.
Your image is nice and sharp and the light is not at all harsh but, for me, the overall image is rather pale. I feel that the colours need a little lift.
It would also be good to add some life to the eyes. Your photo shows both eyes which is great but they are very dark and lifeless.
Just small adjustments could really take this photo up a few notches.

Hi Sanjeev, a bit more space to the left would help, but guess you then have Mum, or another cub so a bit tricky.
Agree with Morkel on dropping the magenta a fraction, then I feel the overall colour palette is pretty spot on for the time of day/location. I would lose some off the RHS so you don't have that bright green leaf in view, a bit too much space to look into I feel. Selectively working on the eyes will help, but just be careful, likewise the shadow area in the ear, just a fraction. If you have it then also a fraction more at the foot of the image. Upping the ISO to 800 would have given a bit more SS which would not have hurt both image content & IQ. I would lose the blade of grass on the side of the cub, easy to do, but depends on your ethics Sanjeev.

Nice shot but would love to see the results based on the advices from Rachel. This is for me also a learning issue.
