    From Archive, Image was created in 2011.Cropped from horizontal to vertical for composition and sharpened. NR applied selectively to BG.

    ISO: 800, 1/500 @ F: 8.0. Exposure bias: +0.3.

    Pose and sharpness are first rate, as is the perch. It appears that you have applied some BG blurring, and it is causing some soft edges on both the bird and the perch. I'm not crazy about the orange flower coming out of the bird's head, and I might consider darkening the BG just a bit.

    Awesome setting and pose. Is that the tip of its tongue sticking out? Such a riot of color. I agree with Doug about the flower behind head, perhaps you can clone it out if you are ok with that. But a lovely portrait.

    Lovely bird, nice perch, and such an explosion of colours in the BG without being too overbearing (except for that one flower mentioned by the others). A bit better masking needed in some spots for the blurring, but all-in-all quite appealing.

    Great looking bird, excellent sharpness and details, Satish. I also like the setting with the OOF flowers in the background.
