This is the picture of Juvenile of the Oriental dwarf kingfisher, they spend almost 16 to 20 days in the nest and became almost adult this juvenile spend 18 days in the nest.
After they get out of nest they immediately flew away and never return the nest.

we are very fortunate that this chick spend almost 10 min on this perch and we got good shot of the beauty.

The colors in this fellow are simply magnificent. Great to catch him as a juvie. I'm wondering if a higher ISO might have allowed a little more DOF and/or SS.

Gorgeous bird; the colors are incredible! Sharp where it counts. I wouldn't mind a little more room at the bottom of the frame, and I'd prefer the head angled slightly towards the viewer.

I like the colourful subject, BG, sharp head and composition. I agree with Bill regarding a higher ISO for more DOF. Well done Ritesh!

Awesome colours, BG, perch. I agree with Doug about more at bottom (if you have it) and better head angle. I would also darken the pupil as it seems a tad hazy. Beautiful details where it counts. Is the ISO a typo and meant to be 2000? If so, fine, if not then I agree raising it would have been beneficial.

what a beauty! Incredible colours and a neat pose. Well done.
I don't have a problem with your settings and I think the DOF is OK.
You've obviously got a good steady hand - or a tripod

Good point Bill. I thought it was ISO 2000 because the SS was so slow.
