    Default Leopard Cub

    Attached Images Attached Images

One of the leopard cubs we were able to spend some very privileged time with. This cub is one of two cubs, seeing them both together playing with each other and jumping on their mother in the early morning light was such a treat.

Hi Brendon - huge cuteness factor here and I really like the comp with it coming over the mound. If it were mine, I would tone down the highlights in the dirt a little more. Overall, excellent image and one I would love to have captured.

Hi Brendon, had to swing by on this one, although still away.

The cub is well positioned in frame and all the elements have come together nicely to create a wonderful image. Like the warm colours overall and the techs look spot on. Even on the laptop I would agree with Rachel that I would just tweak the highlights a fraction, not much, but the main point is they are not blown. It's difficult to judge being away, but I would run a Curves & Mid tone adjustment at a % Opacity on the FG to bring out more depth to the soil, plus perhaps drop the Saturation on the cub. That is optional, only from what I can see which may not be a true reflection.

Will fire off something to you rather than RP, but If you feel it would benefit others and think it helps and along the right line, I can always RP later.

Super cute, assume this is from the recent Londoz sigthing?
Lovely light and framing - can't add more to what Rachel and Steve pointed out. I might sharpen the face a hint more and add some localised contrast to the cub to make it stand out?

Hi Brendon, that is a real cute chap

For my taste the little one has a tad to much yellow, but that is just me. That's a matter of taste I think.
Overall I like it very much.

    have a great day

    Ciao

Hi Brendon, well placed in the frame, and the light in this is exquisite. The colours in the BG compliment the cub nicely.

This is stunning. Initially I thought that the only way it could have been further improved was if it had looked up at you, but actually I like the fact that it appears engrossed in its playing and scampering and hasn't really noticed you.
    Really cool shot.

    Hi Brendon,
    cool shot of this cutie.

RP is a lot better, i would ,if mine, reduce the yellows in the cat and go for more tonal contrast in the mid tone fur.

Some minor stuff, still great one.
