    Nice find! Those are really small owls. Did you use flash for this frame? I like the detail in the owl but the OOF vegetation detracts from your subject IMO; you might try desaturating it a bit and adding some vignetting to the image.

    Rick,
    This is superb image of cute owl, well camouflaged with tree texture. Agree about detracting OOF vegetation.
    I have cloned the vegetation in photoscape. Darkened the image slightly and recroped. I hope you don't mind and you will like it.

    Very nicely done re-post by Satish. I'd love to see one of these owls in person. I'd really tone down the watermark. It pulls too much attention away from the beautiful subject IMO.

    The textures of the tree bark and the plumage of the owl compliment each other very well.
    The green foliage is a big distraction and the repost from Satish removes it nicely. I would perhaps like to move the owl a little bit away from the centre but don't know how much cropping you did.
