Love the BKGR and the fabulous sharpness. Wish only for a simpler perch and that we could see the iridescence of the gorget.

Hi Guy !!! With those guys around why not set up your own perch? Excellent image !!!
Agree with the suggestions posted above. You'll have some tremendous photo ops with those guys in your backyard. Look forward to seeing more posts!
Striking image with a killer BG. Wish I had these in my backyard !!! Agree with above comments.
Beautiful image :) Love the details.
Wish to see the gorget to be more striking :) Sure it is not a nit :)

Very well done, Guy. I've attached an image that I made some adjustments on. (I hope you don't mind) For me, I wanted to see the image a little darker, especially the perch because it's a bit distracting at its current brightness. So (stealing a trick from Artie) I added a few points of black to the blacks and neutrals in a Selective Color Adj layer. I also created a Levels adjustment layer, turned down the mid, and masked it to the perch. Burned the little white spots on the perch as well. I think you did a very fine job creating this image.
Une autre belle shot Guy .
