    Hi Sanjeev,
One of my favorite birds! I like the IQ very much. You have a great HA, eye detail and DOF and a terrific mottled BG.
I would crop this even tighter from the bottom and LHS to make a tight portrait. I would try to get the bill to point to LLC.
I would also clone out or soften the little bit of branch in LLC , although cropping tighter will eliminate the branch anyway, and the bright linear lines (X 3) that are scattered arond the image.
    TFS this cutie,
    Gail

Excellent IQ, HA and beauty background. There is a little green at the bottom left that I would clone out.

I like the sharpness, feather details, HA and BG. I agree with Gail's crop suggestion. Well done!

Hi Sanjeev, excellent feather detail captured, and when viewed sideways, these guys do have that 'hammerhead' shape dont they. Comp wise, I would just come up from the bottom, and maybe tone down the BG a touch.

This crop would have worked well had the bill been raised to an horizontal position, but as is I feel the suggestions provided would work better. Fantastic bird with awesome details and a nice BG to go with it (minus the few imperfections that are easily dealt with via patch or clone tools).

P.S. If this was a cooperative subject did you also take some verticals?
