From my just concluded Tanzania tour.....always a treat to photograph fish eagles.....I have a few against the blue sky but my favorite was when he flew low on the grasses.

    Roman:

I almost always prefer my birds to be against something other than just the sky, so good choice here. I like the loose comp (at least its loose for you!), wing position, clear, non merged view of head, position in frame. Of course it doesn't hurt that it is a great looking bird.

    Well exposed and sharp!

    cheers

Hi Roman, great flying angle in the frame, and a great flying pose with the slightly raised wings. You have nailed the exposure, and I really like how the FE is separated from the grassy BG. Well captured.

Sweet image Roman, The Eagle pops off the green BG and you were able to get plenty of detail and color on both the bottom and tops of the wings.

Really like this image and love being able to see the top of this beautiful eagle's wings. Green background is nice for a change and works well. Well done!

Beautiful shot. Great exposure on the dark feathers. I like the wing pose. The green background is fantastic and fits this eagle very well.
