    Hi CM, the image looks really flat with little vibrance & punch to it and I would have expected more from such a wonderful bird. I know you have it, you just need to adjust your exposure and bring things up more, but watch you don't clip the whites or choke the blacks. This was just a small tweak in LR via the Exposure module, then I added a Luminosity adjustment layer for the BKG. Also just watch your masking, evident around the legs & beak.

    As I said you have it all in the original capture, very little I have done from your OP.

    Good capture CM, I like the up wing positions and the hummer is pretty sharp, nice bg. Steve's repost is an improvement.

    Nice work CM, the best image you have posted here for me.
    Sharp, natural, and nice pose.
    Brighten it like Steve did, and run NR on the BG and it is about perfect.
