Hi Sanjeev, I like the pose of this bird, although the headangle could be better. I think the image can use a little more brightness, although that may clip the whites on the wings. Those nice ducks distract a little from the main subject. You might consider a vertical crop to get rid of them.

Nice sense of place, habitat. May not have been possible, but a lower shooting angle might be nice at this location.
