Good solid image.
There is something very endearing about flamingoes.
As a personal preference, I like the leg to be in the advancing position and would love the next frame I am sure!
The whites and pinks look good and I like the HA and neck position.

Sanjeeve, lovely image of the flamingo in good light. You nailed the exposure and sharpness here. Great detail. If you have more room, I'd suggest adding more room both right and above. It feels a bit tight to me. Loi
