    I think this has been the best of my series so far.
    Other people might think different as taste of individuals is varies, which is good thing.
    Anyway, I thought I would share this one with you as well.

    I really like this! The contorted neck position fits the branch very well, and the BG and branch colors are perfect with the bird.

    Hey Karl, I like the light on the bird, the brown color on the back of his neck is so rich. Nice details and a good sharp eye.

    Very nice Karl! Diggin' the background on this one :)

    Looks like you have been having fun with this heron, with a nice set of photos to show for it! Nice head angle, great catchlight.

    To me, something looks a bit off. I see a sort of darker 'halo' around the bird and especially around the branch (right side). Might just be my eyes, so let's see if anyone else can chime in.

    I too see what Miguel sees and I have no idea what it might be. Other than that I love the bird.

    Wicked pose, i think you were just a little too careless with NR and it smudged into the bird a bit (especially the legs).
    Easy fix and sharp as can be.

    Excellent image. Very nice pose with beautiful HA, sharp, nice perch and backdrop.I like his grip on perch,eye, details and composition.

    Nice, good exposure and light. The eye contact is good too. It seems like you did some cloning on top of the branch and between the legs.
