Beautifully shot. Shots like these are probably possible only handheld.

LIght looks a bit harsh but you did well to control it. Love the full spread and the falling droplets add so much to the imag, Te bg is nice and smooth. Would have liked to see the wingtips frozen completely but thats my personal preference.

Congratulations on getting these quick guns so well in flight.

    Thanks Amol

I agree with you about the wings being frozen, but I have found that even 1/2000 of a sec is not enough for these fast moving birds.

You don't see too many of this shorebirds in flight posted for a reason; they are too small and too fast. Excellent banking pose captured, Corey. Nice green background makes it pop.

    Excellent BIF shot.
The BG is really nice and the mud droplets really add a nice curvy line and add interest to the image,
Well done and I wish you many more great shots with your new camera,
    Gail

Nice looking BIF shot. Great looking smooth green BG and I like the mud trail and the wing position. Well done.

very good dynamic pose, the BG is nice and the small water drops add to the action

I don't see fine details but maybe because the image is so small. Members can post up to 1200 pixels wide.
