You'll be surprised how much you learn by looking for the strong points and the flaws in someone else's work.
Another advantage of making comments is getting to know other members, who will remember you took your time to offer them a critique and may want to reciprocate :)
I feel we are all qualified to offer our opinion, some more informed than others, but your reaction and feeling about the image are important to the creator. So don't be shy and let's make this our joint venture. Everyone will benefit from it!
