    Default Depicting Scrublands habitat

This is a Chinkara or aIndian gazelle , this is only one of the gazelle family in the lower part of India

Saw a few of these guys , this one is a male. When i looked at this one i felt that this one made a good frame with the tree framing it. Just went ahead as shot this vertical . Let me know if this idea works

I like mammal and bird shots where the habitat is included. This is is fantastic. The tree acts like a perfect frame for the gazelle.
    Fantastic composition.
Great soft light and beautiful colors.

Visha, I can see why you went vertical for this shot. The tree and the BG make a lovely BG. However, this comp puts the gazelle squarely in the middle of the frame. I would wish for 2 more shots, one in front and one behind and stitch them together in a massive 3-shot frame. Of course, this is with hindsigtht after the fact! Very lovely scene and good capture, good colors and IQ. Loi

Vishal, I can understand Loi's comments and agree somewhat but I'm also very keen on this comp as well. I think the tree does a great job of framing the gazelle. The shot is well captured and the technical aspects are good. Pleasing scene and habitat. You've got great colors and the gazelle looks like it has nice detail.

I might be tempted to remove the oof plant that is directly under the gazelle coming up just in front of the hind legs...

Nice - think I would lift the whites a tiny bit just to give more life to the image, but the mood is nice and the composition interesting.

You framed this very nicely, Vishal!!
I feel it might be a tad green (as in overall cast)?
