Taken at a wetlands a little while back, these Grey-headed gulls kept us busy with their non stop landings and take offs from the water.

Love the wing position, light and water trail!
I would clone out the black rocks under the belly and the OOF rock in LLC if mine.

Fantastic take off pose. Pretty colors, too. I'm torn on the reflection....want either more of it or less.

    Hi,

Beautiful light, bird and context. I'm happy with the various rocks and the reflection, but - a minor point - actually I find the water trail a bit confusing, and would either remove it or try and convert it to individual water droplets. However, overall I really like the picture.

A really crisp image excellent action and super detail, such a natural looking shot - I really like the top green area it holds the eye in on the gull.

What a great looking Gull and you did well capturing it. Cool wing position and I like the clean look at the head and yellow eye. Techs look good as usual and the trailing water looks very nice. Well done Stuart. Imagine if there wasnt any rocks.
